They actually sound pretty similar to me. I feel really bad saying this, but I think I like the Guns N Roses version better. I think I prefer Axl Rose's voice for this song. If you're reading this, Paul McCartney, I'm so sorry! I still love you! Let's meet for coffee (or tea) and talk it over, okay?
